Being it is the Louisiana’s 200th birthday, I would like to take a look at a major tragedy that occured in Kenner 30 years ago this Monday; the crash of Pan Am 759. For me personally, it was a very difficult time for my Mom because she was dealing with the sudden death of her brother Pete Singleton and my mom’s plane flew right over the crash site. But what came out of it was a prime example of the Louisiana Spirit so what I present to you is a story about the Miracle Baby Missy Trahan who lost her Sister and Mom. The story also contains links of WWL TV’S coverage which is a major important moment in time of La History. http://www.wwltv.com/news/Miracle-Baby–161515545.html
